Positive Self-Affirmations for Personal Growth
Our thoughts work on the law of attraction. We can create our future destiny by allowing our thoughts to be focused on the things we want to achieve in our future reality but we often focus more on the thoughts that we don’t want in life. When we focus on something, whatever it is, we are actually making it manifest.
Through positive affirmations we repeat positive thoughts and they reach our inner self and then the manifestation begins. In a recent functional MRI study, it was observed that engaging in positive self-affirmation led to heightened activity in the medial prefrontal cortex and posterior cingulate cortex, indicating their involvement in the process of self-empowerment and self-belief.
These two key regions of the brain play a crucial role in governing a wide range of cognitive abilities, including attention, memory, forming habits, and controlling impulses.
Positive self-affirmations activates the brain to see and believe positive thoughts as though they were a reality. By regularly practicing positive affirmations, we can train our minds to shift focus towards the positive aspects of life, leading to a noticeable improvement in our daily experiences.

Positive Self-Affirmations should be in the present tense. If you want it to work for you, then you will have to say it with the true feeling and the meaning, it simply means that while you are repeating it, it should have a pause and one should get into that mode, you should generate that emotion and then you should repeat that affirmation. For example: ‘I am a rich man’ would be done by feeling the richness within you. If you say I am a rich man with the true feeling then you’re sending the signals to the cosmos that you are RICH. So from next moment onwards, there would be moments of richness that would be added in your life and with every other affirmation, you would be adding more richness in life.
“To change your external circumstances, address their underlying causes. By altering the root cause, the outcomes naturally shift. Our subconscious mind is highly responsive to our conscious thoughts. As we modify our thinking patterns, our destiny effortlessly aligns with the new direction.”
